HOTEL COSY INN

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Here are my observations: Unhygienic Bed Linen – The bedsheets were shabby, spotted, and printed. When we requested a cleaner white bedsheet, the hotel refused, saying all their bedsheets were the same. They only provided a white one after charging an extra Rs. 220, which was disappointing. Uncomfortable Bed – The mattresses were extremely old and hard, with no foam or sponge, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Average Staff Service – The staff was not rude but also not welcoming. They did not offer to open doors or help with luggage, which would have improved the experience. Basic Cleanliness & Amenities – Cleanliness was okay, and essential facilities like AC, TV, WiFi, and geyser were working fine. However, there was no hot and cold water mixer, which was inconvenient. Overall Rating: 2.7/5 This hotel needs significant improvement in bedding comfort and hospitality to justify its charges. Would not recommend unless no other option is available.

Very good hotel, nice staffs, location is also good and have a good space for parking. All over a good hotel to stay.

Hotel was average. Room was good but not cleaned properly and room amenities were not functional like tv, ac, room services ph etc.

Location of the property is quite far from the sea but food and services is excellent. Staff is very helpful

Owner behaviour is very bad than cancel you booking. Room condition is good and clean and i am not find. And location is very long to digha station

Proximity to the beach is excellent. Property is clean. Beds, pillows, blankets are fresh and clean. Rooms are spacious with adequate lights and appliances. The ac needs servicing though. Staffs are helpful, polite and very child-friendly. Foods taste better than any other restaurant in the locality. Cost of foods seems little overpriced, also very few choices for vegetarians. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay and will prefer it in our next visit.
